Such a great, big room, quiet, extremely clean, with everything we needed and only 20 mins walk to the tower. We were so happy to also have access to the garden where we enjoyed the amazing included breakfast

Warm, informative communication. I was especially surprised by the extra service - the possibility of using bicycles to explore Pisa. Cozy courtyard in the garden.

Leider etwas hellhörig - hängt dann natürlich von Mitbewohnern ab, die spätabends noch nen Kaffee mit der nicht gerade leisen Maschine im Flur vor unserem Zimmer machen oder sich laut unterhalten

Contact avec l' hôte fort bien, petite intention . Infos complètes. Pack Petit déjeuner complet. Pas de pain frais mais yogourts, fromage, jus....Salle de bains privé. 20 minutes à pieds de la petite gare de Pise Ros..

Mauvaise insonorisation entre les étages et l'extérieur mais les touristes étaient respectueux.

La chambre était très propre et bien équipée. Tout à été bien pensé. Pour une durée plus longue nous aurions été très bien installés. Nous étions très près de la tour de pise, 15 minutes à pieds. Nôtre hôte à été très aimable et nous à bien renseigné.

Tout était bien... rien à dire.

Good for a short stay Good staff and services. You always get answer very quickly. It is only 20 minutes away from the tower of pisa. They bring the breakfast to your room, which contains croissants (not good), juice, water, biscuits , sometimes sandwiches and other things as well

it is not a hotel but more like a big house with 4 rooms. There is no reciption so you can't leave your luggage there. The coffee machine is in front of our room, so if someone makes coffee early at the morning they will wake you up. We got awake many times because of the coffee machine and noise upstairs.
