I would improve the shower draining.

Absolute Nothing.

the property is sparkling clean, just face to the sea, the view is super good

the breakfast provided is bought from a bakery shop nearby everyday, so you can skip the breakfast options I think.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. The driver came and collected us, ensured we checked in okay then drove us to our villa. The villa was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. Aircon powerful. And the view….just breathtaking. 100% recommend!

Nothing at all.

The location of the place is amazing..the views are to die for. Service from start to finish was great. There was a problem with water on our first day but they managed to resolve it the next morning. Breakfast was lovely and the drivers who were picking and dropping us off were really nice and professional. Overal a great stay. We had dinner at their sister hotel in Finikia and it was amazing.

There was no tv in the room.

The location is everything you would yearn for. It’s strategic, the property is so close to the opening of the Oia strip which gives you the vantage point to view the breathtaking caldera, sea and village yet giving you that privacy and quiet moment. Getting to the villa in itself is an adventure, going a few stone staircase down with surrounding beautiful properties, not to mention a convenience store close-by then surprises you to the spectacular sight that you can enjoy during your entire stay from sunrise to sunset without commotion. I love that this property is not a busy area, mostly tenants access the area. The villa is very beautiful in white with blue shutters, very clean and well maintained, with cleaning personal coming in daily, who by the way is very honest and trustworthy. The best part is the extra ordinary hospitality of the host Vlassis, who was very accommodating to answer our inquiries, arrange our transfer and activities. On our check out , I left my daughter’s jewelry case and he promptly called our driver to notify us. We almost missed our cruise ride back to Athens and could cost me $$$ yet the superb communication among their staff prevented further mishap. Shout out too to their very nice transfer driver Chris who was very calm and comforting.

I can’t think of anything that’s worth mentioning.

Perfect location, right at the start of the pedestrian walkway in Oia. We had a gorgeous view of the caldera and the other villas on the cliffs. Vlasso, the hotel manager, was so helpful and attentive any time we had a question or issue. Our room had a private terrace where we had our daily breakfast (free!). This particular room had the bed lofted which was fine for me but for older people or kids it may be an issue. Everything was clean, the housekeeping woman was very friendly. Their sister hotel, Finikia, has a pool and we were able to hang there while we waited for a room and then again when we waited for our trip back to Athens.

Everything was great but I would say adding some dining utensils would be helpful as the wooden ones aren't so useful (served with breakfast and at a lot of restaurants). A few real forks would be great. Also adding a microwave for reheating leftovers would be nice.
