This location is something one cannot describe, you have to be there. Beside the extraordinary experience to sleep in huge wine barels, the entire areal is so nice prepared with passion and love. Everything woulnd't be complete without Marko, taking care for you and everything. Highlight was dinner, being guest in Marko's sweet litte "restaurant" having fun and meeting other travellers. This isn't just staying in an accomondation, this is way more ... like homecoming, thanks to the wonderful host and his team! Heartwarming, thank you so much.

absolute nothing

The food was a highlight of this stay. All home made and delicious! Sleeping in a giant wine vat was a fun and unique experience!

There is not a lot to do, but it’s perfect if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the country.

Staying in an old wine barrel was an amazing experience. We asked to dine each night in Marco's restaurant and were served delicious simple local cuisine and home made wine at a very reasonable price. Marco is an character and well worth having a chat with

We were off season so it's a shame the pool was closed but other than that no complaints, clean practical feature filled room and restaurant.

Loved sleeping in my barrel, called Shiraz. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and the area has some great things to go and see, nearby. The Krka Monastery is amazing.

The awesome homemade dinner, the nice atmosphere and the great host.

Marko has created a rustic gem of a place. Nothing was too much trouble. You didn’t have to ask for anything. The bedroom was superb, the experience was unique and memorable. So clean and lovely. We really liked it here. Dinner and breakfast was made with love and was tasty, the food was great. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming. A paradise!

The barrels are a novel and comfortable accomodation in an area central for lots of different things to see. What really makes this place special though is Marko himself. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful with homely good cooking, plenty of Markos own wine with dinner, and good company to follow. Marko was a fantastic host, and gave us great advice about touring the area and sights of interest. "Everything for the guest" is his guiding principle, and a stay here will certainly make you welcome.

Wonderful location, quirky sleeping in wine casks. Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Great host and food especially homemade salami.

Sleeping in an old wine barrel was amazing. Also the host, Marco, is such a nice and funny man, who really takes care of his guests by providing breakfast and dinners each day!

The hotel was amazing! The owner is a nice guy and he do all to make your day easyier. The food is perfect, the place is amazing. I can say, when you need a hotel in this area, Markos place is definitly a point of interest. Your feel thats marko do it whit passion. I can say it again.... amazing!
