I confirm that the landlord is super nice and helpful. I travelled by car and found the location optimal: just at the border between the expensive zone 1 and the much cheaper zone 2. This means you can park at a reasonable price and still walk to the historical centre (5-6 minutes). Room was very comfortable. Good value for money breakfast in a nearby partner hotel.
