A személyzet nagyon barátságos és segítőkész. A szoba csendes volt, nem hallatszódott be az utcáról zaj. Megfelelően működött a fűtés, kellemes idő volt a szobában. A tv alatti kis szekrényben egy mini hűtő is található.
