Nyoman Homestay Ubud

Le lieu est très beau et très calme, en plein centre d'Ubud. La chambre est très grande, belle salle de bains et balcon qui donne sur la jungle. Tout est très propre et le petit déjeuner est super! Il y a même une piscine bien agréable. Une excellente adresse à Ubud

The host family are really nice friendly people. But since I should rate the room, I should be honest. The rooms really need renovation, there’s mold and smell. First I was provided with the backyard room which might have looked nice 10 years ago, but the main problem was in absence of wifi. Since I needed to work and asked for better connection, the host very kindly provided me with the front room closer to internet modem. The speed was medium and sometimes went off. The rate given for this homestay here is definitely overrated. The toilet was dirty.

Mold, smell, dirty, needs renovation

The only pluses are the beautiful green courtyard and the birds.

Breakfast was listed as included, but I was never offered it. I was hungry and bought myself food at the store. This is the first time I’ve seen service like this. The room smelled bad; it was very difficult to sleep the first night, and I was bitten by insects.

Location is superb. The pool also is a plus. Room and bathroom are spacious and you have your own terrace. Also, their worker is very kind and friendly. First 3 days of our stay, I believe, he was cleaning our room. 1st impression was very good. Their garden also is outstanding. Authentic. You have table on the terrace with hot water, clean cups and caffe/tea.

We booked the place due the many good reviews praising their breakfast, unfortunatelly there wasnt any food at all - even thought our booking says *breakfast included*. We stayed for a week including Nyepi. The doors are not closing fairly, so you can hear everything outside or you can also be heard in the garden. My wake up alarm was outside talking or cleaning/cutting trees/leafs. Bugs are welcomed since the doors are not sealed, if you dont like ants etc., it is not your place. Wifi is not working properly especially in the bathroom is zero. Outside is better.

Wygodna lokalizacja - w samym centrum. Pracownik Kami - bardzo pomocny człowiek i zawsze uśmiechnięty!

W pokoju już od wejścia czuć było pleśń i wilgoć. Niestety po sprawdzeniu pokoju okazało się, że ściany były pokryte w niektórych miejscach pleśnią. Dodatkowo pleśń była na poduszkach (nie poszewce). Po napisaniu wiadomości - zero kontaktu. Jedynie pracownik Kami (jeśli dobrze pamiętam) był bardzo pomocny. Właściciele - bardzo nieuprzejmi. Na prośbę o zresetowanie routera (bo w pokoju nie działał totalnie internet) zostałem w niemiły sposób potraktowany i od właściciela dostałem informację, bym znalazł sobie inne miejsce na terenie Homestay, bo w innych miejscach działa lepiej. Dodatkowo potrzebowałem naprawić telefon pierwszego dnia. Polecili mi, bym jechał 40min od miejsca zakwaterowania i że dostać się tam mogę jedynie ich skuterem. Wypożyczyłem go na 2h (zapłaciłem jak za cały dzień), zatankowałem, a później okazało się, że w ich "polecanym" miejscu nie robią takich napraw i finalnie znalazłem inny serwis 5 minut pieszo od homestay. Znajomy z którym wynajmowałem pokój przyjechał dwa dni później. Do tego czasu mimo, że opłacony był nocleg za 2 osoby nie mogłem skorzystać z dodatkowego śniadania, bo właściciel wręcz krzyczał, że "jesteś sam - jesz sam. Będzie druga osoba, to przyniesiemy". Finalnie po uwagach dostałem dodatkową porcję, ale traktowanie było niepoważne...
