Hosts were lovely and friendly. Room was comfy, as described, and everything that was needed for a night's stay. Parking was easy at the front of the property. Breakfast had plenty of options, and was exactly what was needed to start the day!

Breakfast was nicely cooked and hot

We felt the guesthouse was very run down in lots of areas particularly in our room and it did not match the pictures under which we booked . Dirty kettle in our room
