Upon arrival myself and my mum was greeted by the owners and welcomed into their amazing beautiful property. Our room was clean and comfortable and our own bathroom was amazing, breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice and a clever way of choosing the food. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. Phil and Karen were friendly.

Good location for Deal and Walmer. Breakfast cooked fresh to order Had all the facilities expected in a B&B and all in good order Would stay again

Phil and Karen are very hospitable to their customers and make you feel welcomed and comfortable on first sight. Their breakfast is not to be missed! We recommend their bed and breakfast which also is in a great location to visit the beach and any other interests around Deal.

Bellissima la struttura e l'arredamento tipico inglese. Camera ampia e pulita. Bagno grande e dotato di tutto quello che necessitava. Ottima la colazione da ordinare il giorno precedente così da eliminare gli sprechi. Staff cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci hanno riservato un posto x la moto davanti all'ingresso della struttura

Unica pecca per accedere al bagno privato, bisogna uscire dalla stanza ed entrare dalla porta subito di fronte. Comunque ci hanno fornito delle vestaglie per compiere questo tragitto di 2-3 pissi

TV could be slightly bigger, but didn’t use much anyway
