Delightful location, the rooms were superb and our hostess Catherine couldn’t do enough during our 2 day stay. Excellent choice of food for breakfast, which set us up for the day.

Can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Mattress was a bit too soft and squishy.

Beautiful house and surrounds. Very comfortable with lots of space in bedroom and a gorgeous lounge to share with others. Breakfast was exemplary- especially the bacon!

That we couldn’t stay longer!

The location was ideal for me being only just over three miles by road to Beardy Folk Festival. Arrangements were very flexible to suit my timescales and Catherine was very welcoming. The room was spacious and immaculately clean and the generous breakfast with its wide choice of home made & local ingredients was first class. The view across open countryside was glorious, the setting was truly peaceful and the garden was inviting though I didn't have time to enjoy it!

Great room overlooking the garden and lovely views. Very comfy bed, fridge with fresh milk and home made biscuits. One of the best breakfasts we've had. Great hosts.

Lovely setting and beautifully renovated with lots of lovely features. Very cosy x Even in the middle of a storm with no power!
