Pazo a Capitana

A real authentic Spanish experience. The historic stone accommodation was set within a beautiful vineyard and garden. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed a bottle of wine and olives that were served to us gratis in the courtyard garden. A relaxing late afternoon moment. Breakfast was also excellent.

It a nice and beautiful place 10 minutes walk from the center. It a romantic place for cuples because this place is from the 15th century. The rooms are very cute and modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For sure I will come back.

Wifi could be better. I had nearly no connection in my room. In the year 2024 this is a no go. There are modern repeater. The brealfast could be better: 1. Better coffee machine and not brewed coffee. 2. Fresh orange juice and not „fresh industrial orange juice“ (which was not bad but cold). 3. I missed the attention of the staff at breakfast. 4. In this day and age, a hotel should pay attention to sustainability and use less plastic. “Tomato mousse” in pre-packaged plastic packaging (like olive oil) is not necessary.

A beautiful old farm/winery. Our room (#10) was well appointed and overlooked the central fountain. Staff was helpful whenever we needed anything. It was very quiet during our two night stay. The grounds are very relaxing and pleasant. The breakfast was of very good quality.

Absolutely beautiful property. Lovely breakfast served on white tablecloths. Comfortable beds. We were treated to a wine tasting of the Albariño that they produce.
