A lovely place. We were given a warm welcome. The room was very clean and big, the bed very comfortable . Breakfast was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. Perfect in every way. We shall definitely stay there again

"Reliable b&b in Barton with excellent host"

- Rachel was an enthusiastic and friendly host, she was very accommodating and let us drop off our bags early as we had a wedding to attend before the check in time - Very nice cooked breakfast, good selection of other options too - rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable - Easily accessible by 350 bus as we didn't drive (stops pretty much outside property)
