Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Mitarbeiter der im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Gastronomie empfangen worden. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer in der 1. Etage auf den wunderschönen Place des Heros war der Hit! Das Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Arras hat mehrere kostenlose, große Parkplätze am Rande der Altstadt. Es ist eine sehenswerte, alte Stadt.

Da wir das Zimmer direkt über der Gastronomie hatten, ist es am Wochenende abends etwas lauter geworden. Mit Ohropax aber kein Problem. Alternativ wäre ein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen die bessere Wahl gewesen.

Fantastic location right on the piazza and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and wonderful shower!

The stairs were a little steep but manageable and unfortunately there was a loud band on both Thursday and Friday night til 1:30 am.

Loved the warm welcome, the rooms were as expected and clean. Location being in the Grand Place was excellent looking out over the square.

There was exceptionally loud music playing until gone 1am in the morning. Loud enough to keep me awake. It was disappointing with travelling down that day that we couldn’t get to sleep peacefully

Very clean and cleaner lady is very friendly

Its right next to a night club which plays ridiculously loud music every Friday and Saturday night, until gone 1am then the noise on the square continues until gone 3am. Air conditioning wasnt working but couldn't open window as the noise is crazy! We are not oldies, the music is awful, we had to find a new hotel for the Saturday night as none of our party had slept the friday night which spoilt our weekend away. Its a shame as the cleaning lady is so friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely. The hotel itself is above a bar, a very noisy smokey and busy bar which you have to try and walk through to get to your rooms which isn't pleasant as not all the staff and customers are as friendly as the cleaning lady!

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

The rooms are above a bar which plays loud music until 2am which meant we got limited sleep. Nothing in the description alludes to this. It is a very serious omission
