Clean and friendly. Great real cask ale, such good condition, it was better kept beer than the micro pub across the road.

Bed very comfortable and bedding immaculate, room quiet, staff extremely helpful.

Bathroom next door and not ensuite but had sole use so privacy not a problem.

No en suite facilities which wasnt made obvious during booking room overlooked smoking area of pub very loud untill bar closed
