"Quality b&b with everything you need"

I appreciated the friendliness of the hosts and good communications with them. I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my 2 night stay. The house was peaceful and heating adjustable. I felt secure with a lock on the bedroom door and found everything clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good quality and the bedroom biscuits a bonus!

Just a spider in the bedroom & it was cold when we arrived but that was quickly resolved

Mike and Sue were very welcoming. Room was cosy and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Not a reflection of the b and b but be aware of poor phone signal due to location.

Lovely room overlooking the South Downs, with tea / coffee facilities and some nice cookings. Good breakfast. Lovely hosts. A nice relaxed stay in a beautiful Sussex village. Good pub opposite.
