"A very welcoming comfortable place to stay in an excellent location"

We received a very friendly welcome. The room had everything we wanted. There was also a cozy lounge we could use with plenty of books and DVDs and information about the archaeology and history of the area. The full English breakfast was delicious. If we had wanted extra snacks and drinks, there was a wide choice available.

We couldn't get the towel rail to heat up so the bathroom could have been a bit warmer but in fairness, we didn't ask the owner about it.

"Best place to stay near Avebury"

The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked if we could park there prior to check in, but Mike just let us check in much earlier than we had arranged. The room was great, bed comfy, shower hot, and the breakfast was fabulous, with yummy options and big portions. It's a great location a short walk to Avebury and the henge. Great value.
