We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were stunning, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality products. A special mention goes to the outstanding service. Helen at the reception took such great care of us throughout our stay, and the entire breakfast staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We were even upgraded to a suite, which made our experience even more special and memorable.

I truly have nothing negative to say and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you again to the whole team for such an exceptional experience!

Where do I start?! It is beautiful here. I’m so happy I found this place. It’s really special. I’m a solo female digital nomad and I felt really safe and secure. WiFi is really good so I could work with ease. The whole place is well maintained and clean. My bungalow was so beautiful, tranquil and I felt at home from the minute I arrived…so much so that I extended my stay by an extra 2 nights within a few hours of arriving. I love the eco aspect, and the outdoor bamboo shower is amazing!! The pools are lovely…clean and well maintained. The staff are exceptional. Every single team member I met were happy, friendly and very polite. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness and for making me feel so welcome and at home. I needed some time to relax and that is exactly what I’ve done here. I also got a massage in the in house spa…it was absolutely incredible. The best massage I’ve ever had. I had some issues getting cash but the lovely manager went above and beyond to help me and find a solution. The food was delicious. There wasn’t a kettle to make tea/coffee in my room and at first I was disappointed but you can easily send a WhatsApp message to the team and they will bring you what you need…always with big smiles on their faces. If I could move in here permanently I would!!!

Sehr gut. Wir hatten erst im Hotel ein süßes kleines Zimmer mit einem privaten Pool. Am nächsten Tag haben wir ein Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Das war eine tolle Überraschung, die Suite war die beste Unterkunft unserer ganzen Reise. Das Personal und der Chef waren unbeschreiblich nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab jederzeit kostenlos Trinkwasser. Das Essen im Restaurant abends und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Bali reisen. Das war ein toller Abschluss unserer Bali Reise.
