We accidently left a few valuable items there and didn't release at the time of check out. My wife's Earrings and two other items. The staff took a video of the items and sent to me. By this time we where at the airport heading back home. The Honesty of the staff was so great to see and very very professional. They organised to get our things returned to some friends who where staying in a different location. We are so grateful. Thank you very much. Brett & Trini

The hotel is beautiful. The food was delicious. Services were good.

It's slightly uphill and away from city centre. But it's easy to get grab or gojek to go anywhere. Also, for some reason there were red ants in our room. However, when we told the staff, they promptly took care of it and even compensated us for the trouble.
