Three Ayu Family House

Great location in a nice courtyard off the main road, far enough back that it is peaceful and quiet. 10 minute walk to the Monkey Forest and several cafes and restaurants. Spacious bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Large bed. Good shower water pressure and hot water. We arrived before check-in time and we were able to leave our bags at the property while we went out exploring the area. Price was very good value for money.

The bed was creaky when you move around on it, but only a minor issue. A bar of soap is provided for the sink but no toiletries are provided for the shower, but this is reasonable given the price that we paid. Check-in time is actually 2pm, not 12:30pm as listed on Booking.com, so plan your travel accordingly.

perfect central location, such good value for money! big private room and good sized bathroom and balcony, amazing air con and very clean all round, staff were so friendly. would love to come back next time I’m in ubud!

There is no breakfast here but a lot of cafes nearby. No shampoo and bath wash, only one towel - just to know. Everything was good.

What a value. The room was bigger than some hotel rooms and very clean. It even had a balcony.

We informed the arrival time in advance, but when we tried to check in, no one there. Fortunately, someone near by let us check in.
