Good location and very friendly staff

The rooms could have been cleaned better and it would be helpful if the staff learned a bit more english to avoid misunderstanding customers

Le personnel sympathique Le logement original La moustiquaire est très appréciable. Faire simplement attention si vous venez en voiture l accès y est très difficile voir impossible. Et difficile de se garer aux alentours proches. Cependant il est possible de se faire déposer en taxi quelques mètres avant. Ou un accès en scooter est très bien.

everything about the property! Dedek's team was great! all are attentive and very kind! always had a smile on their face. Our bali trip was very memorable not only because of the place itself.. but the efforts of the team! excellent job guys! we will definitely return!

Ein wunderbares, sauberes Hüttenhotel mitten im Dschungel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage war es ein echter Wohlfühlort. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tutto tranne la stradina per arrivare devastata e strettissima

Purtroppo devo dire che questa mattina sono partito da ubud per arrivare a Sanur, e stupidamente prima di partire non ho controllato la busta che avevo nascosto in una delle valigie che durante la permanenza al parvati non è mai uscita dalla stanza. Arriviamo a Sanur e per curiosità ho ricontrollato i soldi nella busta prima di rimetterla nella valigia per questi 2 giorni a Sanur e mi sono trovato 220 euro in meno. Non so' sé è stato il personale delle pulizie o le due massaggiatrici che lunedì ci hanno fatto il massaggio di coppia contemporaneamente, so' solo che non ci sono più e sono molto arrabbiato.

La piscine est fantastique, nous avons séjourné dans le joglo 2 avec une très belle décoration, des attentions très mignonne à notre arrivée, notamment sur le lit. Excellent emplacement à cinq minutes à pied de la grande allée centrale. Personnel accueillant et charmant. Petit déjeuner servi sur le balcon avec large choix.
