Lovely hosts. Rooms immaculately clean throughout. Comfortable bed, lovely continental breakfast with plenty of milk every day for our hot drinks. Peaceful location.

"Perfect weekend base for exploring North Devon"

Room was clean, very well equipped and the towels were of a very high quality to go with the lovely wet room. They’d thought about everything and more!! The morning hamper was stocked with very good quality options and we loved our stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property apart from the satnav taking us through some very narrow lanes initially, however once we used the main route it was easy to navigate.

"Amazing"

Amazing place, clean, excellent breakfast delivered daily fresh to your door. Excellent all round, we had room 3 which I think was slightly larger and also had a private part of the garden. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Friendly welcome. High comfort standard of accommodation in a lovely country location, close to Bideford town centre. Spotlessly clean, excellent shower and enjoyed the continental breakfast. Perfect stay, will book again when next in the area. Most impressed.

Beautiful room,everything you need for a relaxing stay. A warm welcome from Stephen on arrival.Fabulous breakfast delivered to your room daily full of local, tasty things. Dietary choices catered for. We always return home feeling like we’ve had a treat.
