Lots of choice for a fabulous breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Martin and Corrie are dog lovers as are the other guests and my dog was even given her own sausage to eat along with her welcome pack.

Everything was spot on, and anyone who's travelling with a dog in this part of the world will love this place, the couple who own the place are friendly caring animal lovers, and the breakfast was delicious to boot !

"Perfect Homely welcoming B&B"

Martin and Corrie were exceptional hosts, for a last minute booking they couldn't have been any more welcoming. The room (single) was exactly what I needed, a comfy bed, shower and somewhere to eat. Martin offered to make a table up in the dining area if I wished to bring a Take Out back to the B&B. The room was very warm (had to turn heating off personally) and cozy. Towels were incredibly soft and felt new. A very intimate en suite has been finished to a high standard. The kettle had a selection of Coffee, tea and a Hot chocolate. The jug of water was also a nice addition. Following morning Breakfast... was out of this world. Plentiful and nothing was too much for the hosts. Fresh fruit in a bowl to help with your 5 a day, fresh coffee, cereal, full Cooked Breakfast, porridge was all available. Between cereal and Cooked breakfast I was treated to some pancakes too. I left at 8am... and didn't need to eat until 4pm. They can also cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets with enough notice (I am neither, but worth noting). I was also asked on my arrival if I had any allergies. Again, this attention to detail was very welcome. Martin and Corrie thank you for a lovely stay. When I return to Mintlaw, I'll make a B Line for you and make sure I stay at your lovely guest house again.

Nothing this place was perfect for me.
