Very nice and spacious rooms, super helpful and friendly staff, top location for both the main street and the beach

It would be nice to have a sweet light breakfast option with toasted bread/croissant, jam and butter or so :)

Amazing friendly staff, fantastic location minutes from the beach and restaurants. This is our second stay here and will return again. We arrived about 1am and the staff were waiting for us. Great communication. William and Bim are amazing as are all the other staff, nothing is too much trouble. Perfect stay.

Water of shower was solty? Hair dryer was nothing, but you can borrow it.

The fragrant Jepun yellow frangipani and the beautiful frangipani scented products. The day beds were exceptional. A terrific patio that overlooked the property. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Grandma’s taxi stand was a few meters away,

The big shiny floor tiles can be slippery. Around the pool some non slip tiles could be put down. The shiny tiles are an issue in Bali, I saw a woman have a bad slip and fall.

Love Jepun BnB and all of the staff, an extremely comfortable and cosy little spot tucked away from the hassle and bustle in a fantastic location. Highly recommend.

Well located. Close to the action but far enough to be quiet.

The bedroom was big and well maintained. The location is perfect near a lot of restaurants and very close to the beach! The swimming pool was nice too

The shower was not great, can’t control the temperature correctly. The cleaning of toilet could be improved
