Great location close to Sunshine Beach

Very loud from next door cafe/bar open till late.

Great location with a sports bar right next door. Very laid back atmosphere.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, adjustable shower head was loose and the toilet seat was loose. We could have mentioned these I guess, but staff should be checking these when they clean. Seminyak is ridiculously over crowded and the type of tourist visiting are very rude. Predominantly Europe. It’s not the Jepun’s fault but we won’t be staying in Seminyak again.

The staff and location. There is a restaurant next door that delivers too. Everything was very clean. We are heading back there today.

The location was great and silent despite the vicinity to the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious too!

Fantastic location and only 5 minute walk from the beach. Very close to everything in Seminyak. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and stayed cool. The day bed outside the room is fantastic for during the day relaxing.

Shower went extremely hot and cold.

Could not fault the staff! They are so accommodating and caring. Our daughter got a nasty bug bite (to be expected) and they went above and beyond to clean our room and provide extra protection for the room and cream for our daughter. Helena is dedicated to her guests and it shows through her team and their service. Good sized room in a handy, quiet location.
