I like the location it is strategically convenient. Close to the beach and shops . I like how there’s a mart downstairs and a warung if you’re looking to eat local Indonesian dish . The property itself has everything you need and for the price , I think it’s worth it .

This place is a secret gem. Hidden off the Main Street it’s literally a hop to the beach and everything needed. Rooms are super spacious, pool was a decent size for a guesthouse. Lovely and quiet. My daughter and I loved it and would stay again.

Low water pressure.

The location was very convenient The beach, the shops, the restaurants, the banks, all within minutes walk. The room was very comfortable, too. And the staff were absolutely adorable!

The property is inside an alleyway. As I was alone, this deterred me from staying out after dark. Having said this, I did come back late on a few occasions with no issues. If I was holidaying with someone, I would have felt completely fine.

Great location close to everything, just a short walk to the beach. Good sized clean room with an outside space.(balcony).Excellent air con. You just had to WhatsApp the staff and they cleaned your room, topped up your water etc. Lovely gardens and pool.

To access the b&b you have to walk down an unlit road which is rubbish strewn. There is no central communal area(which I knew when I booked) Sometimes there was no water to shower in and when it was on the pressure was low and it was warm at best- small criticisms of a generally great place with some issues that are out of their control.

My friend and I had a lovely stay here! Though we unfortunately got sick, the staff were very accomodating and so kind to us - bringing us fresh water, resetting our room each day and directing medical professionals to our room. We felt very taken care of and appreciated their excellent service, it made our time in Seminyak a lot better. The deluxe room is very large with a great sized balcony overlooking the trees and pool. Perfect for those wanting a bit more space! The location is good and only a few minutes walk until you’re right in the action of Seminyak. Plenty of spas and cafes around. We could even see fireworks from our balcony!

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy, love the different lights options in the room, and hot water in the shower. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and close enough to the main street but far enough to be quiet. The pool was lovely.

Jepun BnB is truly a little gem nestled in the heart of Seminyak, just a short walk to the beach and tons of entertainment. But it's off a very small street, so the surrounding environment is very calm while still being in the middle of all the action. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and modern. The pool is a nice alternative to the beach if you are feeling like staying in. And the staff are all really friendly and helpful.

I can't think of anything I didn't like - great little BnB!
