It was separate to the main property

It was self catering but sold as b&b breakfast was very poor no choice felt it was bad value for money.

It was cosy, not a far walk from the town, clean, hosts were lovely and didn’t bother us at all. Everything you need and

It is advertised as bed and breakfast and we thought it was a proper breakfast like a fry or something but it’s cereal and bread. Which is absolutely fine but I think clarifying that on the advert would be better. It may also be a southern thing but I’m from the north. It’s not even a bad point to make but I do feel advertising what the breakfast is would be that much better.

Loved my stay. I liked the fact the room was seperate to the main house so I could come and go without worrying about disturbing anyone. I was able to park on the driveway right next to the outhouse. Owner was very kind and allowed me to check in a little early so I could drop my bags off and continue my day. Owners were friendly and approachable. The room had everything I needed, beautiful modern en suite and kitchenette. Tv. Comfortable bed etc very pleasant stay. Good location for the town but lovely and quiet.

Friendly host who happily let us check in later than the usual time. Lovely self contained studio in a quiet area and just a short walk from town. The studio was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast food was provided, milk, cereal, bread , marmalade and tea and coffee. Because you do your own breakfast, it was perfect for us because we wanted to make an early start the next morning, so we could have it as early as we wanted. Really happy with our stay here.

I liked the self-contained unit, and the fresh bread provided by the host was lovely. Pauline was extremely helpful and even gave me and my mum a lift to the bus stop.

Very nice property with its own access so you can come and go as you please without feeling as though you are disturbing the main household. The room itself is very comfortable with a spacious bed/living area, en suite and kitchenette - perfect for a short stay. Pauline was lovely and very accommodating too. It’s a short walk to Carrickmacross Main Street so easy access to shops and restaurants.

Improvement- The quality of the bath towel is not good. very old. Breakfast - to improve the options like juice, pastry, etc. Coffee powder- Blocked/Hard. sachet is advisable. Wifi- No Wifi in the facility. Try to incorporate. Location: It is good. I highly recommend people travel by vehicle. use public transfort 10-15 min walk to the town center.
