"Lovely Stay in New Ross"

The location is central in New Ross, on one of the main streets. The staff, Bridget (and Mark), are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional - better than any five star hotel. I never go out of my way to book (a property that includes) breakfast, but I am very glad I didn't skip this one - cereal, yoghurts, pancakes, and a big fry up! And in lovely surroundings and beautifully presented too. The room was clean and very spacious. I had a nice, relaxing stay here after some wet weather in New Ross. And the accommodation is a bit famous - as a mural in the town attests to!

The TV is a bit of a mess, unfortunately - really needs to be updated and simplified. I noticed that there was nowhere to hang clothes, no hangers at all, which was a bit surprising... Check in not until 5pm, but this is clearly communicated and when you're a private host, you're entitled to set your own hours and I think Bridget and Mark work hard to provide visitors to New Ross with this lovely accommodation!

It’s a totally unique experience. The place has an old-world but very homely character. I was made feel so welcome from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I had a very comfortable night’s sleep and the breakfast was prepared with the best ingredients and presented in style.
