"very cossy and confortable B&B in an excelent location"

Very good location. Very clean and cossy B&B. Lorna was very nice and everything was ready upon our arrival. Also parking was available in front of the B&B no problem.

"A pleasant enough stay, wouldn’t be my first choice second time around but overall can’t complain"

The room was nice, well laid out with a nice amount of hanging/storage space, lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower, off street parking available opposite on a small (approx 20-25 spaces) car park and also a gravelled hard standing at the rear of the property although not ideal for motorcycles (as I was traveling on). Quite a pleasant little town only yards from the sea so plenty of places to get a nice walk in the fresh air.

The entrance to the building is shared with a tea room/cafe and doesn’t inspire much as its a bit tired looking, the building is clearly a very old building and has been partially brought up to date although I couldn’t comment on other rooms, if they were to the same standard then that's a bonus, there were no staff to receive me, just a text with instructions to access the building. I was the only visitor so the rest of the building was in darkness which may put some people off. Possibly due to the time of year but I walked out to find some food and found very little open, just a Chinese restaurant and a lobster restaurant.

Premises is for sale and while clean and ran by a lovely hostess there was damp in the room advertised as luxury B&B it does fall somewhat short.
