It was lovely and clean

Annaswood was easy to find on the sat nav and took us straight there with no issues. We arrived late on the evening but had everything we needed. The hosts Eleanor and Sean are super lovely people and we enjoyed our morning chats with them at a very accommodating breakfast every morning. We had our 5 year our daughter with us who also particularly loved it here. She loved the garden, the animals tbh everything. Rooms were clean, plenty of space and storage. The area was so quiet. We enjoyed eating our dinners In the peace and tranquillity of the garden with Milo their dog. We miss it already 😢

The surrounding landscapes are absolutely stunning—rolling hills, lush gardens, and peaceful views in every direction. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature. The property is well maintained, and you can tell the hosts put real care into preserving the natural beauty of the area.

Breakfast was great. Eleanor offered to cook up a full Irish breakfast if we wanted it. She’s very friendly and kind. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. It was the best place we stayed during our two week trip.
