The road leading to the property off the main road is loose grit/ chippings at the moment, with signs to indicate ongoing work - so that’s not ideal and not under any control of the property owner

AUAll good, however, the water view pictures are from 15km away in New Ross town.
I wonder why there is no fixed toilet roll holder in the , but rather one of those portable post things. Those things give me the willies.
ATReally great neighbourhood. Extremely nice owner. Makes you feel at home. Bright, friendly and clean rooms. Super breakfast with melon and everything your heart desires. Rooms are on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. Nice chats with the extremely friendly hostess. If we weren't travelling through, we would gladly stay longer.
