Myrtle the Turtle Guesthouse

The room was comfortable with plenty of space and working AC and good shower. Also, small kitchenette in room, for required. Laurie, the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my needs and assistance directing me to sites in town. She gave me a free map that was very helpful too. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Finding the location is somewhat challenging as there are many steps and some turns, as expected when staying in then”0ld City”. I called Laurie and she directed, met me and lead me to the location. Afterwards, was able to find my way both to town sites and her location.

Our room at Myrtle the Turtle was so cute and comfy! We slept so well in the beds, the location is perfect, and Laurie was so helpful with fun things to do. Thank you for a lovely Shabbat in Tzfat!

Beautiful location in the heart of the Artist's Quarter.

Although the owner provided detailed directions, it was still difficult to find. However, the owner was available on the phone to help me find it when I got lost. If possible, it might be a good idea for the owner to consider putting in more visible signs to identify and/or guide guests to the location. Parking is down the hill and you have to climb a lot of steps to get to the place, which I considered well worth the effort, considering the prime location, but this would not be an ideal place for elderly or disabled guests who have trouble with steps.
