Helping nature of owner Mr. Aneesh. He gave option for Jain food which was nice. He facilitated Scuba and ferrt booking ar Havelock. This is good homestay for first time vegetarians at Andaman as owner is very helpful. Near to airport.

Homely family stay in a greenery and close to the airport and corbin beach. Very clean and spacious rooms and homely breakfast available. The host Aneesha and his fanily are very welcome and helpful .

property is brand new and felt truly more like a 5* hotel. the room was bright and spacious with amazingly comfortable bed, cable tv, wifi and ac. basically all you could possibly want, and the host Anish was exceptionally hospitable caring for my needs throughout my stay… in fact I loved the hotel so much I didn’t even want to leave my room haha 😅😅

the only downside was the frequent power cuts which are actually quite common in the island, so wasn’t really the property’s fault and the host Anish tried to be as helpful as he could in those situations, and thankfully they had a power backup so the lights and fans was working even during the power cuts.

The hospitality of the place was awesome,This was like home away from home.The host & staffs support was extraordinary,They tried their best to fulfill the smallest of my request.The extra effort from the host was exceptional, and i could see it was not only for me but for everyone else too.Another best part is that they had a travel desk too and they suggested and helped me to get some of the tickets very easily and that was of great help.Peaceful stay.Greenary all around.Home made food was just lovely.I would definitely recommend the place.

Aesthetically the location is good and the rooms are spacious and with big sturdy and comfy beds. Enough space for four family members. The good thing is the AC has a UPS power supply. The place is pretty clean and materialistically the rooms look good as per port blair standards. Except you don't feel like it's a homestay. It does not have the vibes of a home stay. What I think is they profile guests and treat them accordingly could be slight discrimination. In the morning sunrise and at evening sunset time the view looks good from the balcony and its full of greenery. The Wi-Fi connection speed about 50mbps to 60mbps and which is good. Sufficient parking place.

There are five wall power sockets in the room and only one of the socket will have power supply and the rest of the sockets do not have power supply when the main supply is cut off. so the inverter supplies power to only one socket. If you have multiple devices then it will be hard to charge. Don't get confused when some of the wall sockets are not working when there is a mains power cut off. I asked for kitchenware. They said the kitchen is not disposable for guests. I was like what. They listed these facilities on booking.com. At the time of writing this review they corrected facilities. I ordered food on swiggy and got it delivered. When I sent them the booking.com facilities that they listed then they said that I can use the dining room and everything is available on the first floor. By that time I had already started eating from the swiggy parcel box. I was disappointed and felt lonely. I didn't feel like this was a homestay. What I can say is that it doesn't really matter how materialistically the place looks outside and when the owner of the house is not welcoming and you don't feel like at home. then one doesn't want to stay. I lived in a few home stays and never experienced something like this. If its your first booking to any place then go with only 1 or 2 days then experience it yourself. So that if you experience the hospitality is not expected then you can leave without trouble.

The rooms were good, elegant and comfortable. The owner was really helpful and forthcoming. It felt like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was very good.

We like the Attitude & friendly nature of the host Mr Aneesh and his staff. He arranged cruise tickets, hotel bookings and hired vehicles to the places to see with good guidance. He maintains the room and premises clean and cool.

Wifi was not accessible to the second floor.
