Awesome property. Very very neat. Huge parking space. Hospitality n food are good. The beds and pillows are of top notch. Rooms are too big.

Restroom being detached from the living space is a concern, but that's how the heritage houses are designed.

the house is beautiful from outside, easy to reach , clean , the breakfast was very good

the inside of the house has mostly old fittings, one of the room given was dark ,no sunlight was coming. moderate space in room. the couple who are managing the property are not comfortable with dogs, even though it is said “pet friendly.” my dog is very calm , dont even bark. wanted to keep my dog inside room for 2-3 hours, so that we can roam kochi. but owners strictly asked us to not keep dog inside. next day while we were calmly discussing it, the man came from nowhere and spoke very rudely saying dont argue it, thats our policy. also there are some rules like dont speak louder after 10 pm ,they close the door after 10 pm. so overall felt too many rules to keep , breakfast at 8 am, even though we stretched it to 9 .30 am but we used to get calls from them after 9 am if we are late. so overall no independence.
