Excellent location! ... The property is in a classy neighbourhood, surrounded by fabulous restaurants, boutique shops, & parks, yet it is very quiet & calm being situated in a beautiful shaded lane. Nice, cosy rooms. Chef Chandan's food was homely & great! Manager Pintu Singh & other staff were extremely courteous. Overall, feels like home!

The property is at a great location and very easy to find. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and maintained.

Unfortunately the operations leave a lot to be desired. The room I was staying in stank of smoke and despite telling the same it was not taken care of by the staff. The breakfast was sumptuous but only served to you if you were careful enough to inform the staff the previous day. Tea is pre-packaged, coffee is instant. The pressure in bathroom stalls is not up to the mark and apart from toothbrush and hand wash no other toiletries were provided. Room did not have a key and had a latch that kept getting stuck. If you’re charging an amount comparable to a 4-star hotel, the facilities and upkeep MUST be up to the mark. There’s no two ways about it.

Outstanding! Very spacious. Comfortable bedroom. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Multiple living rooms and a garden terrace to host meetings rather than go to coffee shops. Very responsive staff that will make you breakfast and coffee/tea anytime you want for you and visitors. It is the perfect place to stay In Koramangala on a business or personal trip. Will definitely come again!
