Por error reservé un día aislado y no me reintegraron nada del dinero a pesar de que escribí varias veces explicando la situación.

The accommodation is close to the town centre and restaurants and bars were available in walkable distance. Breakfast was included in room price. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful.

Our window was not getting locked and when we asked for maintenance to help fix the window lock but due to year end vacations, maintenance wasn’t available. We also gave some clothes for laundry but unfortunately some of our clothes were lost and we did not receive any proper clarifications. The room was too small for two persons. The cupboard, wall and the bed had no space between them. Faced a lot of difficulty in opening and closing our luggages. We booked for 4 nights but for two persons, I would have booked for 1 night only. The shower in the bathroom was broken and there was hardly any space to shower. We also took packaged breakfast for our tours on two different mornings but got no butter or jam for the bread on both the mornings. Also the accommodation is right next to the main street so it could get loud and noisy from vehicles at night.
