Small room, but I knew it upfront.

The stairs/no elevators and how this wasn’t published on the website. The rooms were extremely tiny and stuffy.

The shower in my room didn’t work at all. I had to shower in another room and that one barely functioned. The next day they called someone to fix it, told me it was fixed, and it still didn’t work. The ac kept dying and would only restart after I unplugged it and plugged it back in repeatedly. There are bugs all over the hotel - tiny ones that aren’t ants but similar, they’re all over the ground floor lobby and bathrooms. There is an overall stench of mold or mildew that they try to cover with harsh and strong chemical fragrances, which doesn’t work and in fact makes it worse. Also the power shut out for about 6 hours that I’m aware of, which isn’t their fault but there was no back up and no effort by the staff to help. In general I don’t think the staff cares at all and we’re broadly unhelpful - not rude, but not caring or making much effort to help.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre et du mont tapyas , personnel adorable , ne pas hésiter à passer par eux pour réserver des excursions ou tuktuk .
