The hosts were very pleasant and helpful

The room is not air-conditioned. It was very hot at night. Booking.com advertises that breakfast is included. Breakfast was self-serv a packet of biscuits and coffee, herbal tea or water

Clean place with polite hosts.

For me the cold is one of the most discomforting feelings and that is the biggest reason I give such a low score. We stayed during April but the weather was not good at all. We got pretty wet from the rain during the day and the temperatures during the night were expected to fall to +6C. So we asked the hosts to turn on the heating. Which they did immediately. After a short rest we went out for dinner only to find out when we came back that the heating is off and we had to spend the rest of the evening with the jackets on. The night...let's say that it is good to have someone to keep you warm in moments like this. Also the bed was very squeaky.

It was a great place to rest and take a break from my road trip. Rieti was a really nice surprise and the stay at Casa di Mamma definitely helps me want to go back. The managers are extremely friendly and helpful, and others in the family run a excellent pizza place/restaurant in town.
