Nagyon elégedett voltam a szálláshellyel. A panzió csendes, nyugodt és biztonságos környezetben helyezkedik el, ugyanakkor a városközpont gyalog néhány perc alatt elérhető, ami óriási előny. A környék rendezett, tiszta, kellemes hangulatú. Bármerre jártam Ajkán, segítőkész, kedves, mosolygós emberekkel találkoztam – ez sokat adott az egész hétvége hangulatához. A reggeli külön említést érdemel: bőséges, finom és gondosan megszervezett volt. Különösen jólesett az a személyes figyelem, hogy mindkét reggelen megkérdezték, szeretnék-e frissen készített tojásrántottát, amit azonnal, frissen készítettek el. Ez az odafigyelés nagyon emberi, nagyon ritka, és számomra sokat jelentett. A személyzet végig rendkívül kedves, rugalmas és figyelmes volt, tényleg azt éreztem, hogy vendégként fontos vagyok. Jó szívvel mondhatom, hogy feltöltődve, nyugodtan, jó érzésekkel távoztam. Ha újra Ajkára érkezem, biztosan ide térek vissza, és jó szívvel ajánlom másoknak is.

Őszintén szólva nem tudok olyat kiemelni, ami nem tetszett volna, vagy amin javítani kellett volna. A szállás, a szolgáltatás és a környezet minden tekintetben megfelelt az elvárásaimnak, sőt, több ponton túl is teljesítette azokat.

duschen, WC. Terasse, Parkplatz. Speisesaal

Maderkacke am Autodach, Klima gegen Aufpreis, Kühlschrank stinkt, Bett hat keinen Lattenrost - hart wie Stein, Fernseher hat nur einen deutschen Sender - könnte man evtl. auf deutsch nachrüsten, das ist kein Hotel sondern eine Pension, wenn man das erste mal das Zimmer betritt - da haut`s dich um (lüften) Geruchsfresser installieren, am zweiten Tag gab es kein dunkles Brot und kein entsprechendes Marmelade und der Schinken ist einfach zu dick aufgeschnitten
