Chuveiro e o fato de emprestarem secador, se você pedir. Staff muito gentil e solícito.

Achei o quarto muito antigo, tinha uma mosca morta no chão, a saboneteira tinha cabelo e a cortina do chuveiro também estava suja. O café da manhã encerra às 9h, bem como o checkout, e eles não deixam você se servir a vontade (exceto pelo café preto), te dão dois pães, uma banana, um pedaço de queijo e outro de presunto. Quarto extremamente frio e tinha manchinhas na roupa de cama. Localização ruim pois, apesar de estar próximo da Plaza de Armas, tem um subida imensa com escadas e depois a subida da própria rua do hotel. Pra ter variedade de comércio e restaurante, você precisa fazer esse trajeto e, pra mim que treino diariamente, foi meio cansativo. Pensei em fazer uma reclamação, mas deixei quieto, pois estava cansada demais pra procurar outro lugar pra dormir. Achei-os pouco flexíveis pra tentar negociar alguma coisa.

Great place to stay. 5 minutes walk to main square. Safe and secure area. Main front door it locked and you need to ring the bell to be let in. Our room was larger than others we had in Cusco and a lot warmer. Shower was hot. Towels were very soft, adequate bedding to keep warm at night and beds comfortable. Breakfast also better than other places - bread, jam, butter, juice, hot drinks, egg, cheese and ham. Courtyard area pretty and our room had a great view of Cusco. Cute doggie was a plus and staff very helpful, arranged us a taxi to airport. Wish we had stayed here for our whole time in Cusco!! Definitely recommend.

We stayed in 2nd Floor rooms looking out on Cusco. What a view! This is a modest family run hotel where you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy in a location that allows spectacular views of the city from some rooms.
