Location in the old city and breakfast in the Cafe. Size of the room.

Nice location and nice room. Easy check in. Free breakfast at a café nearby.

Unfortunately, there were bedbugs. Got full off bites during the night. The owner should do a full remediation. Therefore, the bad review. Everything else was great.

Room as described. trouble-free contact with the owner of the facility, despite the delayed flight, we managed to agree to check-in at night. I recommend this place 😁🤗😁

The location is right in Bari old town, you can easily be anywhere in a few minutes. The old town is very charming. The room was clean and has a fridge. They give you a voucher for a cafe and a croissant at the café on the corner. I think the room is fine for a day or two.

There is a communication issue with the owners/managers of this room. Make sure you tell them when you are arriving, otherwise there will be no one to open the door. I told them because I read the reviews, but they didn't ask. I asked if I could leave my lugagge after checking out and they said yes, but then on the day I was checking out, I wrote to them an 10am I was ready, and no reply. We waited at the door for 20min, no reply. I then told them I was going to the cafe at the corner for breakfast, still no one wrote back to me. Two hours later (we obviously didn't keep waiting by then) they said that we could ask whoever was cleaning (I assume) the room in that moment about the bags. So they don't bother/care to reply to you, that is my point. Take into account there's no ceiling on the bathroom so you will hear absolutely everything from the room. Also, there's no ventilation, so the room gets very stuffy. Can't imagine what it's like in July/August.
