Lovely and friendly host who cooks a fantastic fresh breakfast. Very clean and well presented home. Especially liked the modern bathroom and shower.

Fantastic accommodation, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, 5 mins walk to the train station. Neal was very friendly and had lots of info about the area and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing not to like about this accommodation.

We were treated as individuals. Arrival timing and special breakfast needs were easily met. It was a joy to chat with Howard in the morning. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the quiet location. We liked having our own entrance to the property. It was both safe and secure. We had a very relaxed 2 night stay and will think of another occasion when we can return.

A large comfortable bed ,a quiet location with a modern en suite bathroom, good hanging space with tea and coffee facilities. Off road parking. The accommodation is a granny flat on the side of a modern private house. Everything was clean and breakfast consisted of whatever you wanted, not pre cooked but fresh. Thank you to the attentive hosts. Will be back.

Lovely and clean and bright. Had own entrance from street into room. The hosts were very friendly and lovely to talk to. Really lovely breakfast cooked by Martin.

Found the list of rules rather long and feel some a bit needless.
