"It's Grrr-reat!"

Warm room, overlooking the green and the memorial. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The shower was superb. The staff were unobtrusively attentive. The pub vibe and the food were excellent.

Nothing really, but 10s are only given for truly unique and outstanding. Perhaps, though, a few pounds less would have been good; however, this would not prevent a return stay if all things are equal.

Breakfast was very good Knew the location before our travel - selected for time required in Eastbourne Staff all very friendly & helpful Large shower

Room smaller than anticipated (looked larger in pics!) ... but large shower was great

Good food and sitting outside on the Green. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Comfy room. Breakfast was especially great: good service and good cooking.
