Good people and great breakfast. Really beautiful and peaceful space. Tuktuk service for low price to center

We had a great stay here!!! Super helpful hosts, who picked us up at the train station. Breakfast was lovely, room was clean, the only ‘thing’ (which we didnt mind) is that it is up the hill, a bit outside of the city center (30mins walking, 10mins by tuktuk). However the view, peace & quiet, hosts and breakfast are totally worth it!

Family really welcoming, helping with picking up and dropping to city center. Breakfast was nice, lovely view from room, option also to rent scooter to tour around.

Bath could be improve, but overall okay, there was hot water (y) 10/10 deserved

Extremly friendly hosting family who are were eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast and also delicious dinner for very little money. They have a tuk tuk and can drive you wherever you like to go at any time. They even provided us the lift to the train station for free. Our room was in a separate cottage with a very nice view and it was nice and quiet at night. Even though the place is a bit up the hill you can reach Ella easily on foot.

The views are beautiful on the mountain. The owner was always helpful in any way he could and the breakfast was good. Everything was clean and very well kept. The location is good, a bit out of the center up the mountain and quiet.

The wifi connection was not working too well.

We had a great stay at the cottage. The room is new, modern and has everything you need. There is a fan which keeps you cool at night (we had no problems with no AC as Ella is quite cool in the evenings). The family are very friendly and on hand if you need anything. We got several tuk tuks from the owner at a reasonable price. He also helped us get to the station for a train to Kandy which was cancelled from the main Ella station and we were taken to the next stop which was a 30 min tuk tuk away. The breakfast is huge and delicious!

Everything was absolutly perfect. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming, they really make you feel at home. They help with your planning and offer great tuktuk services as well. Delicous and varied breakfast everyday (fresh fruit from their trees) and this accompanied with an amazing room with a breathtaking view on ella rock and little Adams Peak. location a bit further from the center, only 5min with tuktuk, made it even better. bonus: we left early morning to catch the train and we got the best take away breakfast :) +tuktuk from the hosts would recommend to everyone! they also run will guest at accross the street

This is a beautiful place run by a family. A little bit further from the city (10 min tuktuk drive) which makes it very peaceful and with a beautiful view. People were really welcoming :) thank you for everything 🤍

Lovely place, lovely owners!

If you’re an Ella, this is the most beautiful place for staying. The family is very sweet, they made delicious homemade srilankan dinner for us to try. Their breakfasts were tasty & they made it according to our schedule. They have a sweet dog named Seeba who is so friendly. Staying here felt like home. From the room’s balcony, you can see waterfall, 9 arch bridge from distance & Ella rock too. By the evening, the clouds surround the balcony. Even though we went in rainy season, our room was still the cleanest & we didn’t come across any bugs in the room. We stayed for 2 days here & we wish we could’ve stayed at this beautiful place for a little bit longer. Highly recommend.
