Location, peace, and quiet with a beautiful breakfast overlooking the hosts lovely garden. It's absolutely perfect for Pennine Way walkers being bang on route. Very comfortable bed and good room facilities.

A good location on the outskirts of Bellingham, a short walk to the town which had some local shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The Barn is a lovely place to stay and Graham and Debbie were welcoming and friendly. Plenty choice at breakfast and sampled some lovely homemade jam and marmalade. There is a lovely garden for guests to use if required. We would highly recommend this place.
