De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren. De locatie is dicht bij het centrum.

Drie smalle verdiepingen omhoog zonder lift. Parkeren moest op straat maar was onder voorwaarden gratis. Om het uur de auto verplaatsen. De duette kwam nauwelijks water uit. Maar het schijnt op de lagere verdiepingen beter te zijn.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Onze auto mocht voor de accommodatie. De host zette zijn auto een stuk verderop zodat wij er konden staan.

De douche had een pieterig straaltje.

Zeer gezellig. Super vriendelijke gastheer. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Es war alles bestens, das Zimmer, das englische Frühstück, und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Gar nichts.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Norman Guest House for 2 nights while waiting to board a cruise ship. The owners of almost 40 years are marvelous offering safety, friendly warmth, & helpful information to enjoy a visit & walkabout in Dover through town, down to the sea, to Dover Castle, or even to the top of the white Cliffs if you're in shape for a good hike. The location just up the hill from the train station allowed me a quick easy walk to reach even with my luggage. The only difficulty anyone would have at the Norman is the inability to climb stairs to reach a room for lodging. I'm still in fit shape at 70, so climbing stairs to the third floor was no problem. I took upstairs a carry bag with items I needed & left my main luggage in a room downstairs. Being a quick walk from the train station allowed for a trip over to Canterbury to Canterbury Cathedral which is a must do! The owners of the Norman arranged for a cab to take me to the cruise port the morning of my departure. I couldn't have been happier with the cozy, clean bathroom & bedroom with a wonderful street view, a pot for heating water for coffee or tea, some cookies, & a television. I look forward to another visit in the future.

There was nothing that caused me discontent.

Good location for the train station and town centre. Host was very welcoming and had already prepared indoor bike storage for our e-bikes. This was greatly appreciated. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
