Property was good and in a good location but the superstar is definitely Moufid. He helped us organise tour guides on short notice, great recommendations for food and served a filling breakfast. Fantastic

Excellent host, made us feel special and at home, there for all our needs 😀. You could also see there was a lot of effort put into the rooms

As with most riads, it is a bit claustrophobic, without sun and difficult to locate, but this is not specific to this accommodation. If I had known the concept I might have not chosen riads overall everywhere

Wonderfull host, ready to help for everything you need. Location is really good and whole Riad wonderfully decorated and really comfortable.

If I could give an 10+ I would. The host Moufir is fantastic. He is so helpfull with everything. Nothing is to must. He arranged a privateguide for us to see the medina and walked with us to the restaurant. The guide is Moundir and raised up in the medina so he knows a lot. I would certainly go to this accomodation again and that is because of the host

The rooms were the opposite of Luxury. I can not believe it comes up under 5 star hotel in booking. The bed and mattress were just awful (must be older than 20 years, not straight, the sofa was old, the TV didn’t work. The bathroom was just 1 shower, with everything getting wet when you are showered. The breakfast was very basic (not sure why allergies were enquired). So in Summary the nahe and the description were absolutely misleading

Location and accommodation was fantastic for the price paid! Really clean and spacious room, on a Riad located 5 mins walking from Medina! Muffid was a brilliant host, really helpful and friendly. He showed us how great maroccan hospitality can be. Really honest during all our conversations and able to give us loads of information about things to do in Fes, from a local's perspective. We'll definitely go back!
