A wonderful cosy welcoming stay on the West Highland Way. Lovely friendly owners, warm comfy room and super breakfast.

Everything was well thought out. Comfortable and clean. Lovely hosts. It was a nice touch that they had a cuppa soup sachet along with the tea and coffee in the room. They also have a menu in the room for sandwiches/ snacks to order. They also do packed lunches. Great for the West Highland Way walkers.

Breakfast was good but would have liked some fruit.

Andrea and Rod were such lovely and accommodating hosts. From the minute I arrived, tired and dishevelled from a long day of walking the West Highland Way, I was made to feel welcome and at home. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious, setting me up for the day! Would highly recommend to anybody doing the WHW!

Rod's hospitality is the reason I am writing this review. He was so friendly and kind. This stay was just what I needed after a day of walking the West Highland Way, a hot shower, and the most comfortable bed of my whole trip. I really enjoyed the video during my breakfast it was an aerial tour of the hike I was doing. Glenardran house had the warm reception that I associate with Scottish folks.

Lovely warm welcome from the host, who offered to dry of my very soggy clothes from a rainy day walking The West highland way. Warm dry clothes and walking shoes returned in the morning. It was much appreciated. The room was very clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. Nice selection of coffee, tea hot chocolate and biscuits. Also a sachet of soup. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious. There was also a selection of cereals. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

The couple who ran it were really lovely and showed genuine interest in their guests. It was the day of a storm and I was very wet. They dried my clothes for me which was much appreciated. The room was a good size with hot drinks available and a small fridge with water and fresh milk. The shower was really spacious and was powerful. Shampoo and body wash were available to use which is quite nice as a walker with very little carried in my bag.

Only downside was no cooked breakfast but this was due to the electricity been cut off. They provided cereal etc and lovely coffee which was most appreciated

Location was on the walk I was doing, so it was ideal. Staff were very friendly and gave me advice on how to rejoin the route I was on and where to find somewhere to have dinner. Also, great scenery.
