Lovely sized room : very clean and modern with a lovely range of food for breakfast. Making it special , the owner and staff are super friendly and helpful and make you feel at home

There’s nothing not to like about this place !

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Terranova! We booked the double room, which is the smallest of the 3 but it was spacious and comfortable. The interior was beautifully designed—modern with a high standard of finish. There’s a built-in closet space with hangers where you can store your clothes and suitcase, as well as two chairs and a small ‘desk’. The bed was long (a great feature for tall people!) and the mattress was very comfortable. The owner, Ignazia, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate it when the owner greets you personally and clearly cares about your experience. She helped us find free parking nearby. Ignazia speaks excellent English and has a great sense of style—it was a pleasure to meet her. Breakfast was a lovely part of each day. In the morning, you just slide the door open and are greeted by a warm and friendly lady (I believe her name was Valentina), ready to make you coffee or tea. The breakfast includes both savory and sweet options and everything was delicious. We truly enjoyed our time at Dimora Terranova and would gladly return!

No parking

Parking is close to impossible. Typical remote entrance system which is okay once you have done it a few times elsewhere. Breakfast was average and the breakfast staff was very nice. The owner was a bit surly with us and that was unnecessary. Overall adequate accommodations with some shortfalls.

It was a good location. The room was nice. Breakfast was nice and varied

Wonderful staff, very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were arriving late from the airport and Ignazia helped us check in and settle in at night. She also gave us lots of tips for restaurants. The location is fantastic, only 5 mins from the Centre. Facilities are excellent, the rain shower pressure was lovely and the beds were very new and comfortable.

Lovely room with attentive and charming hosts. The location is excellent for wandering the old centre of Noto. Highly recommended.
