DunMoore Guesthouse

I stayed for one night here on my way to Iona. It's easy to find and close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a great sleep. I arrived late and the hosts made sure I could get in with clear instructions. I would certainly stay here again.

The room was very clean and smelt clean also. I had no issues with the actual accommodation. The guesthouse was in a prime position, with a good pay and display car park within a few yards.

I never had breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. However, during my stay I never saw any staff only two cleaners. My keys were collected from a safe box, which told me my room number. I let myself in and out as I pleased, with no actual contact with the owners. I was actually asked by several other new residents, how to get into their room and where it was. I didn't feel this to be my responsibility, but they had tried phoning the numbers provided, with no answer, so just steered them in the right direction. It didn't put me off my stay and I would consider going back again if I was in the area.
