The room had everything you need The location was great Beds were comfy Extra supplies of teabags etc avail Quiet Clean Chest of drawers for clothes Good price Would stay again

The side lamp didn't work The parrot was quite noisy - but not during the night so didn't affect sleep Water pressure from shower not amazing but fibe for a body wash Pls note no breakfast in winter months

"Simple and convenient"

Great choice if you're looking for simple accommodation. Just a 10-minute walk to the city centre, parking nearby. They offer breakfast for a small fee, but we didn't have it.

Bed was not so comfy and bathroom was too small

Andy was a great host for the last minute booking it was easy comfortable and he was very pleasant. Room had everything you needed toilet was immaculate. The bed was better than my own I must say solid sleep right through. Amazing price considering the location and festival time will be back
