Very conveniently located, friendly host, clean ensuite rooms with good showers. Good value for money.

Rooms were pretty small and basic, but perfectly adequate.

A lot of stairs. Uncomfortable bed and sofa in room. Breakfast was just cereals, fruit and pastries - not cooked breakfast shown in pictures. Passable for a 1 night stay. But any parking between 9am and 6pm nerds to be paid for.

Location was fab In the heart of Oban Parking right on your doorstep normal parking paid and disabled parking Shops all on the same street Hoist was lovely and welcoming

Only 1 thing was the mattress we could feel the springs poking though when lying on it

Fantastic value for money, friendly and helpful hosts who went out their way to ensure we have a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Stayed one night- the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owners was friendly and helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast was offered which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely come back here.
